Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If registration is 100% online, why would I attend a Walk-In registration event?
A1: If you need to obtain your player(s) jersey size or hat size
A2: If you do not have your own computer, tablet or smartphone (all registrations must be done online).
A3: If you want to write a physical check. The payment gateway will accept e-Checks so Parents/Guardians are encouraged to use the e-Check method instead of a physical check. If you'd still prefer to write a physical check, please attend a Walk-In registration event. Once your check is accepted by a WYLLL Board Member, you will be given a 1-time use code that will allow you to complete online registration without having to enter payment details.

Q: I don't have my Utility Bill or Birth Certificate in electronic format. How can I get them in electronic format?
A: You can use a smartphone to take a photo of these documents, save them to your computer, tablet, or smart phone, and upload them during registration. Be sure the photo clearly shows the SERVICE ADDRESS and GUARDIAN NAME for the recent Utility Bill and the player(s) NAME and DATE OF BIRTH on the Birth Certificate.

Q: How do I go back and upload a document or correct an error in my contact information after I've already registered?
A: Please see this help article on the Sports Engine support page.

Q: Is my data secure when using the WYLLL website?
A: YES! West Yorba Linda Little League uses a Sports Engine Merchant Account to process payments and collect data. West Yorba Linda Little League DOES NOT store ANY credit card or bank account information. Sports Engine uses SSL Encryption for all transactions and is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant provider. Please click here for more information.

Q: Today is just not my day! I can't figure this out, even with help from Sports Engine. Who can I contact?
A: Contact the WYLLL Webmaster for additional questions about the registration process.
